Andres is a recognized business man in the Internet world of Latin America, with more than 15 years performing directive functions in Marketing and Advertising Biz Dev areas.

Andres' deep knowledge and experience of online advertising, focus in revenue and passion on technology allowed him to create Smowtion, transforming his vision into real products and technologies, with the mission to match advertisers with the corresponding audiences.

Before co-founding Smowtion, he founded numerous internet local companies and was a key member of successful enterprises like Infobae, Nextel and the founder of IAB Argentina since its beginning.

Mariano Elizari COO

Mariano is in charge of operations at Smowtion. With a profound technology background knowledge he organizes the company and synchronizes different areas to meet launches on schedule.

He is a natural leader and he has managed many different teams to accomplish diverse technology challenges even before co-founding Smowtion.

As former IT Manager in Infobae.com he was in charge of the project startup since the beginning until it became the third newspaper in volume of readers in Argentina. He developed a solid team to design and support the product and planned the initial commercial strategy.

Among his working experiences he has been Technology Manager in Banco Privado, responsible of creating and starting the home banking platform of the company.

Santiago Pinto VP Corporate Development

Successful Business Entrepreneur and Angel Investor with over 15 years of experience in the Technology Industry in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, USA, Venezuela and Spain.

Santiago Pinto, is a successful leader and founder of several very successful international businesses during the last 15 years with a proven track record.

Santiago was also Co-Founder and former CEO of Bumeran.com, the leading e-recruitment company in Spain and Latin America, partner with Terra Networks.

Marcelo Garcia Cisneros VP Sales

Former sales director of Fox Latin America, Marcelo joined Smowtion to bring the commercial DNA.

He has been Product Manager of the Credit Cards section in the Banco Privado de Inversiones Group, Brand Manager of Classifieds (both Paper and Online) in Infobae Group, Regional Accounts Director with InZearch, Regional Commercial Director and Strategy Planning at .Fox Networks (News Corp).

Currently in Smowtion Marcelo covers key business development tasks and the strategic consulting for important clients. He is also a member of the Internet Advertising Bureau, member of the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Commerce, member of the Association of Direct and Interactive Marketing and member of the Argentine Advertisers' Chamber.
